| Suddenly my group policies that push out Office 2003 are no
longer doing their job.
Here is what is happening, when booting up it says
Installing Managed Software Microsoft Office 2003 and sits there for about 10
minutes and then brings me to the login screen. When I login, the Icons are
not on the desktop like they are supposed to be through my MST file and there
are no files in C:\Program Files\
Then if I go into Control Panel, Add Remove Programs, Office
2003 is listed, if I hit remove, the remove process starts and 2 minutes later
the icons now are on the desktop and on the start menu and if I begin to click
on each one of the icons that part of office installs.
I assign the software to computer so why is this happening.
Is there a recent Windows XP update that has come out that might have messed up
this install process over Group Policy? Any help is appreciated.
