| CDO has timezone related functions that need to be updated. It doesn't
replace the use of the rebase tool.

| Okay but is it fixed with some other patch ..because I guarantee you if
people have to call in for this as a "hotfix"...some organization to the
north of me has got to be out of their cotton pickin' gourd making this
a "call in" for a hotfix when people don't understand that hotfixes are
free calls.
Let's get "management-y" here and request bullet points.
1. Is this needed to fix a DST issue for Outlook?
2. By whom?
If I don't need it.. don't confuse me anymore than I already am. I
don't like the rebase tool now ... and unless this one gets on MU or
Windows update the vast majority of folks won't get this or see this.
So what is it?

| It's need if you have VBA or CDO code (e.g., VBScript) that touches
appointments. That is, most people in SME won't need it.

| Thank you Mr. Executive bullet point person :-)
(I can hardly wait until the CRM patch bundle comes out... as that is
still not out and I'm imaging the things it might need to patch)
