In my preparation to migrate AD/EXCH to 2K3, I've tried running WIN2K3
SP1 adprep with ForestPrep switch on a WIN2K DC, but it fails, because
it cannot find a SCH14*.dll file and generates a 0x2 system error.
I've done this using both over a network share and local install, but
got the same result both times.
I couldn't find anything by googling it, except for only 1 relevant link
that it has to be run from the actual MSFT SP1 media.

Has anyone ran across this before and know any solutions?
