How to restrict logon to a PC to only 2 people?

I'm new to AD and group policy settings. Not sure where to start?

It’s better to do these settings in
Local policy instead of group policy. Go to client machine à Click on Run à Type there SecPol.MSC à go to Local Policies à Click on User Rights
Assignment à Double click on “Logon
Locally”, Remove Users from
the list & add those user name which you want to give the access to login
to this machine. Restart & try to login with a different user ID.

How to restrict logon to a PC to only 2 people?

st1\:*{behavior:url(#default#ieooui) }

Clarifying question.

So do you wish to only allow these two
users to logon to this computer but no one else can, plus they can logon to
other computers or do you want these two users only to be able to logon on this
one computer and no where else.

Sorry, missed your response. The local
policy would be the best way.
