Hi friends,

I have build a test environment composed of clones of my prod DCs.
I am trying to simulate the extension of AD for SMS 2007, i use the ldif
file contained in the installation package and ran the following command:
ldifde -i -f ConfigMgr_ad_scheama.ldf -v -j . -s nlamsdc02

This is the output of the commands:
Connecting to "nlamsdc02"
Logging in as current user using SSPI
Importing directory from file "ConfigMgr_ad_schema.ldf"
Loading entries
1: CN=mS-SMS-Capabilities,CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=
corp.remakegroup.local
Entry DN: CN=mS-SMS-Capabilities,CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=
corp.remakegroup.local
changetype: add
Attribute 0) objectClass:top attributeSchema
Attribute 1) cn:mS-SMS-Capabilities
Attribute 2) attributeID:1.2.840.113556.1.6.29.2.1.14
Attribute 3) attributeSyntax:2.5.5.4
Attribute 4) isSingleValued:TRUE
Attribute 5) oMSyntax:20
Attribute 6) searchFlags:0
Attribute 7) isMemberOfPartialAttributeSet:TRUE

Add error on line 56: Referral
The server side error is "A referral was returned from the server."
0 entries modified successfully.
An error has occurred in the program

Microssoft KB recommends:
To resolve this problem, import the Sms2003sp2_ad_schema.ldf file by using
the correct command syntax. For example, import this file by typing the
following command:*ldifde -i -u -f sms2003sp2_ad_schema.ldf -s server name:port
number -b usernamedomain namepassword -j . -c "cn=Configuration,dc=X"
"cn=Configuration,dc=domain name,dc=com"

So i have ran the command again:

*
ldifde -i -u -f ConfigMgr_ad_schema.ldf -v -j . -b ping corp B1@n- (omitting
*-c "cn=Configuration,dc=X" "cn=Configuration,dc=domain name,dc=com"
as did it manually in the file)*
Connecting to "nlamsdc02.corp.remakegroup.local"
Logging in as "pinguin" in domain "corp" using SSPI
Importing directory from file "ConfigMgr_ad_schema.ldf"
Loading entries

There is a syntax error in the input file
Failed on line 1. The last token starts with '?'.
0 entries modified successfully.
An error has occurred in the program

Any pointer to the cause of this error would be greatly appreciated.

Thomas
