I think I was trying to clarify whatever was going through the OPs mind
since it wasn't clear to me that he understood how group policies and the
domain pwd policy relate.

I've been having one of those days though - that's two threads today on this
DL and some work stuff that either i'm not making sense or i have no idea
wtf someone is talking about.
