Hi, Every none and then I get this on a WSS server: Unable to connect to database. Check database connection information and make sure the database server is running. For tips on troubleshooting this error, search for article 823287 in the Microsoft Knowledge Base at http://support.microsoft.com But the database server is up all the time, I am monitoring both servers, the WSS and MS SQL server, and there are up all the time, actually I have a piece of software that every so often will try to ping, remote desktop and access shared drives (telnet to ports 3389 and 445 respectively), so I know I can connect to both of them. This is an intermittent problem, so I don't really know how to troubleshoot. Both servers are 2003 sp2.
