We are several years behind in implementing AD Integrated DNS in our
Windows 2000 AD infrastructure. Currently one DC in the corporate office
serves as the primary DNS server for the internal domain (public DNS is
externally hosted), and around 14 other DCs around the world are
configured as Secondary DNS servers. Does anyone have any lessons
learned or guidance regarding transitioning to AD Integrated DNS across
all of these domain controllers?

Depending on the sizes of the zones (i.e. If you have any large reverse zones), watch for initial replication hits...the conversion usually takes a LOT longer than any normal zone transfer...
