Easiest way is to scheduel a task from Accessories --> System tools --> Scheduled tasks

Does with the command C:\WINDOWS\system32\defrag.exe C: -f

I tried this once from an end user technology prospective and came up with

1. Users can search for printers.
2.
3.
4.

Which I thought was not justification alone, so I came at it from a financial savings angle , ease of administration, etc etc as visible end user benefits were hard to detail. Managment were happy with this angle as it was something they understood, £ ¥ $

Just my penny's worth.

we are beginning a project that will move to Active Directory and Exchange 2007 for desktop authentication and email / calendaring.

I'm working on creating a list of the Client benefits for this change. As many faculty hate change.
