| Hi All:
Quick question I'm stuck on....
IF I add the BOSS to the Security tab of the SECRETARY and tick Allow for "Send As" permission, it works. The SECRETARY can send emails as the BOSS. After a short period of time the new setting I have entered disappears. I am having to re-add the entry to SECRETARY in the Security Tab because after half hour or so it disappears again.
Thanks, --Brian

| Is the BOSS in any protected group? I think you have the permissions backwards in your description. You would need to add the SECRETARY onto the Security tab of the BOSS user object and grant the SECRETARY Send-As rights.

| Maybe I am missing something, but if the you are letting secretary to send as the boss, you are editing the permissions on the boss's account, hence the question that should be asked is: "is the boss a member of a protected group?" and not "is the secretary a member of a protected group?"
So, is the boss a DA/Account Op/etc... ?
Guy
