This is off topic for this list which is an Active Directory list, not a "general questions about computers" list, please put that in the message subject if you pose it here. That being said... You cannot move the page file. You can increase the page file on E and remove (or reduce the size of) the pagefile on C. Assuming you boot from C, you likely don't want to remove the page file from there completely or else you will not be able to capture info in the event of a crash.
