I've read through the MS whitepapers on Delegation, and while it is possible to delegate Name Suffix routing, the only tools available to manage it do not completely support that delegation. In my tests, and even in the documentation, a user must be in the administrators group to manage name suffix routing via the MS tools, the MMC tool and Netdom. This is contrary to my reason for delegation. Are there any 3rd party tools that manage name suffix routing that do not check for membership in the domain's BUILTIN\Administrators group?
