Dan answered your question directly, but here is some additional
information:



a) You can change the default e-mail address generation by modifying an
appropriate recipient policy

b) If you need to modify the sAMAccountName generation, you should
consider writing a program (script) that generates your users for you

Hi,

I have windows 2003 server & Exchange sever 2003.Exchange server is on
Seprate pc which is the member server.

I want to ask one question..whne i am creating users at that time i am
putting first name and past name of the emp. i and then manually i am
entering the User Logon name ...i want to know is there any solution that
when i will enter the first name and last name then ad will automataically
genrate the user logon name like <%First Name %Last Name>.

some one told me that we can modify the active directory structure and its
possible..



pl help me.
