Can anyone recommend a good audit tool to capture the printing habits of users and provides decent reporting? It needs to work in stealth mode and potentially have the capability for user interaction, if for example the company wants to display a "green message" every time a user prints. Some of my customers use PaperCut http://www.papercut.com/ It works well in small networks, but in my opinion it doesn't scale very well. Anything less than 500 users and you should be okay.
