We have an extranet that we are finally trying to set up correctly. The
*only* problem we are having is serving up the Project Server content.
Let me briefly go over the setup and configuration. ISA EE is on our DMZ.
Our sharepoint and project servers (and SQL back-end) are on the LAN. ISA
forwards all requests on 80 (we aren't using 443/SSL until we get everything
working on 80 while testing) to the sharepoint server. It all works well.
Our extranet users auth with accounts in AD and we're properly licensed.
When extranet users click on the links for Project web server content, it
acts as if it's retrieving data, but then displays a "This page cannot be
displayed" error. If we access the extranet site internally (from the LAN)
and bypass the ISA server, it works just fine with the Project server pages,
so I know it has to do with ISA and my configuration, but for the life of
me, I can't see any rules preventing PWA from passing data out. I published
PWA just like I published SP... Now, I have two rules set up in the
filter - one is for publishing Sharepoint on 80 and the other is for
publishing Project on port 80. However, if I am not mistaken, the Project
rule isn't even necessary since it's technically the sharepoint server
that's requesting the data from the Project server rather than the external
client, right?
Can anyone provide any insight as to what I may need to do? I am new to
ISA, so this has been trial & error for me thus far.
Thanks!!

Pick the right community.

While the AD community may be of help have you gone to the
www.isaserver.org site and asked there?
Grab a book, grab a community.
