Depending on your needs/budgets you could go for some flavor of MIIS/ILM/FIM or just script it. Quest Collaboration Services is supposed to work well for this service. I have had multiple different Exchange Admins say that they have used this product and were happy with it. The only kicker is that if you have Exchange 2010, they don't have a version released at this time that will support 2010. Well, we are now looking at FIM to see if it can help us with the synching two forest's GAL. I will update on how that goes.
