Don't forget that when you set up RDS, you'll have to add the users who you want to use it in to the Remote users group via ADUC.

| And set up user permissions appropriately.
Lock down IE, lock down the shut down button, etc etc.
And don't do this on a DC either.

| You set up the TS licensing server... what's your DCs located and what version?
In my case I set up the TS licensing server on the Win2k8 and did the hack in the group policy so that the server would find itself as the licesning server.
Then you go into the licensing console and stick the product cal code (if a cal code) or agreement number if VL and 'activate' the TS/RDP cals.

It will be too much well-usable.
My DCs are in the same domain wide area at a single domain Windows Server 2003 forest. And I'm migrating an NT Licensing Server to a new WS2008 one with new 3.500 WS2008 CALS.
I will begin this after the World Cup, Here in Brazil we "stops" during this Season!
