Has anyone had any experience converting Sun IdM to MS? Just curious if this is possible without manually recreating everything.

Tnx-

I have not done this but knowing both solutions - no You will have to
re-deploy your solution on ILM from scratch. You can save some time on
analytical part as you have already defined flows etc however it will
have to be "put" into ILM framework and implemented from scratch.

Having done Sun and ILM/FIM The time investment in ILM/FIM is WAY WAY lower than Sun. Start working on it and I bet you will have about 85% of it done within a week or two of fiddling around if you don't know the product.
