Hi Folks,

Is there a reason why an ACE won't propagate down on the Reverse Zone when
you modify the ACL of a DNS Server (when inheritance is not disabled). This
is in regards to delegating rights to some people via an AD group (just as
in AD Delegation otherwise, and not to confuse with DNS Zones Delegation). I
notice that if I add the group with the desired permission at the DNS Server
Node level within the DNS Mgmt Console, the ACE does propagate down to the
AD Integrated Primary Zone (native to the domain) of the Forward Lookup
Zones but not to the Zones within the Reverse Lookup Zones (irrespective of
the replication partition).

Any ideas about that behavior ?

Thanks,
