To the OP, perhaps not the most efficient way (from the filtering
perspective), but following one-liner ought to do as far as using the WMI
for the "systeminfo"

Get-QADComputer | % {gwmi -computername $_.name Win32_ComputerSystem} |
select name,manufacturer,model
