It would be good if you could use the OT prefix in the email subject to
indicate that your post is off topic. This allows people to use Inbox rules
to filter any content that is not specifically related to AD.



I've seen Outlook working in Citrix environments. It's usually not a
problem, but generally you would want to avoid Outlook in cached mode and
prevent the creation of PST files. There is also a strong argument to use
OWA as an alternative to the full Outlook client in environments that have
Citrix given that the latest versions of OWA (Exchange 2007 and 2010) have a
rich set of features that approximate the experience of the full client.
