Hi Mohan, We run Outlook in Citrix and you will find , at least for older versions it disables cached mode. The main problem we had was that if you use an Anti Virus product that runs "in process" (e.g. McAfee 8.5 or older) then each instance of Outlook will use large amounts of memory, and so limit how many users you can get on a single citrix box. Switching to McAfee 8.7 (with the latest patches) helped us a lot.
