Thanks Kyle. One user i facing issues in launching outlook through Citrix. Whenevr she tries to login , outlok config screen comes up and wen we try to configure it keeps on failing. In her local system at office outlok is perfectly fine. issue is only thrugh Citrix. What could be the problem? Please help. Thanks for your time.
