The account is always created automatically when you join the machine to the domain. You can create computer accounts in advance and a machine with the same name will occupy that account on join if the account doing the join has the proper access.

The various strategies I've seen in large orgs mostly center around these choices:

a) Do nothing
b) Enforce a naming convention which allows a script/automated process to sort machines into the right OUs
c) Have a process (e.g. self service page) that pre-stages computer accounts in the right place in advance of domain joins

Hi Team,

I have seen and created computer accounts in AD.

Even though the computer account is not available in AD, if a XP machine is joined to a domain, it will automatically create one computer account in AD.

Then in our OU's,we can just add them. IS this correct?

It is simple for small companies, How is this being achieved in large organization which has 50000 employees worldwide?
