| I am looking for some book suggestions related to Windows 2008 R2 and Hyper-V. All my experience has been with Windows 2003 R2 and older. So far I've found the following books on Amazon:
* Windows Server 2008 Inside Out<http://www.amazon.com/Windows-Server-2008-Inside-Out/dp/0735624380/ref=wl_it_dp_o?ie=UTF8&coliid=I1WCGQJWAMHFQL&colid=O3YLGWM2PDI2>
****Mastering Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2<http://www.amazon.com/Mastering-Microsoft-Windows-Server-2008/dp/0470532866/ref=wl_it_dp_o?ie=UTF8&coliid=I12ZI2ZWYJ2MQX&colid=O3YLGWM2PDI2>
* * Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V: Insiders Guide to Microsoft's Hypervisor<http://www.amazon.com/Windows-Server-2008-Hyper-V-Microsofts/dp/0470440961/ref=wl_it_dp_o?ie=UTF8&coliid=I1SS75SXYF65PX&colid=O3YLGWM2PDI2>
Since there are some great contributers on this list, I figured it would be a great place to find some good book recommendations as well.
Thanks!!

| I think most list members would recommend the O'Reilly AD book http://briandesmond.com/ad4/ It was written during the 2008 release but should be on every bookshelf. The O'Reilly AD Cookbook is another very good book http://www.shutuplaura.com/journal/2008/12/29/active-directory-cookbook-third-edition.html
Those are not going to have the Hyper-V info but again an excellent base for AD and 2008.
Did you see the Hyper-V Resource kit on Amazon? It maybe worth checking out.
I'm guessing the next big wave off books will be written/released when the next version of Windows is released. I can't imagine all these authors updating their books for every R2 release...tons of work.
Thanks
Mike

| I know this might not be the right forum to ask people,but I am needing to get the 70-680 Configuring Windows 7 book and was wondering if anyone has it and if they would like to sell it to me. I am not wealthy so I could not pay more than 25 dollars. Let me know
