PDC is in NY. Password Management tool is in Boston where it points to
a local DC in Boston. Replication from Boston to NYC is immediate.
Replication from PDC NY to other offices in NY and Boston are almost
immediate, at most 30 seconds latency.

I have 10 DCs on a single forest, 2 of which are in London and 2 of
which
are in Philippines. The others are in domestic sites.

We noticed that replication of passwords to London and Philippines is
taking
about 5 to 7 minutes every time and this is presenting issues with users
that log into our password manager tool via a website domestically. The
tool uses the local domestic DC to reset the password, then the user in
London has to wait a few minutes to take effect.

We are not seeing replication failures on the logs and our connection to
the
London and Philippines DCs are very reliable.

Any suggestion on any settings that might improve this replication issue
or
any tips on troubleshooting it would help.
