http://www.visualwin.com/VSS/Part2.html You can snap several times a day [in fact it's prob better that way] Just don't defrag the drive those snaps are on. Okay as the annoying SBSer around here I gotta pipe up and say that nothing is that "bad" if it's monitored, taken care of, and ensured that it's got a good backup. http://www.microsoft.com/technet/community/columns/secmgmt/default.mspx If they are less than 50 people... I'd put a SBS server in there... Remote Web Workplace is a killer app and my daily 'in my face email' keeps me aware of what's going on on that box. Susan, you may be the "annoying SBSer around here" - your comments are often the clear reminder of the limitations of some of our customers, and the things we can and need to do to make their IT world exist... Using SBS or not. While there are a lot of best practice benfits and processes, how many of us work in places where EVERYTHING is best practice, and not just made to work because it had to be to support that app or this customer or whatever.
