All,

Gee we could have done with Susan sending us one of these e-mails plenty
of time to prepare...Australian Microsoft users have had a similar issue
as a result the Commonwealth Games being held in March 2006 several
Australian states have changed the daylight saving time transition end
dates to the first Sunday of April 2006.

I would take heed of Susan's e-mail as a fair amount of effort needs to
be put in i.e. updating Exchange to the latest Service Pack etc. not a
one day fix. I would advise that you look at the following for
reference:

I'll match that... and raise you

Microsoft Dynamics CRM does not reflect Australian daylight saving time
changes for the year 2006:

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=913541

"Microsoft Dynamics CRM does not take time zone information from the
operating system. Therefore, Microsoft CRM will not reflect the new time
zone that is created for Microsoft Windows when this update is
applied." (gotta love that one)
and

Updating your time zone setting: Indiana moves to Daylight Saving Time:

Description of issues that are related to time zone changes in Indiana:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/914837
How to incorporate Indiana's time zone change in Outlook e-mail clients
in Exchange Server:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/915577
A hotfix is available to change the "Time Zone" setting to "(GMT-05:00)
Eastern Time (US & Canada)" on Windows Server 2003-based and Windows
XP-based computers:
