| Usually see these errors on latent WAN links and stuff. Should be transient.

Anything in the DC’s logs during that time? Any perfmon data?
A process on the DC pegging the CPU intermittently (e.g.) would account for that kind of behavior.

Hi Austin,
I ping the DC by name & ip and it was pinging continuously. I run nslookup and dns was resolving the name.
Please let me know what could be the other cause.

I am currentlty having this netlogon message 3 to 4 times in a month. All my users (around 100) will not be able access the server resources for about 5 minutes or so, then without me doing anything, everything seem to be normal. Chekced netork connectivity found ok, DC are reachable. Pls suggest on below alrets. Why its appearing sometimes in a month.
1. Event Type: Error Event Source: NETLOGON Event Category: None Event ID: 5719 Date: 12/04/2008 Time: 8:44:37 AM User: N/A Computer: B Description: No Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller is available for domain TEST. The following error occurred: The remote procedure call failed and did not execute.
2. Event Type: Error Event Source: NETLOGON Event Category: None Event ID: 5783 Date: 12/04/2008 Time: 8:48:27 AM User: N/A Computer: B Description: The session setup to the Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller \DC.xxx.com for the domain TEST is not responsive. The current RPC call from Netlogon on \B to \DC.xxx.com has been cancelled.
