Yeah.

If you go to gepedit.msc in your computer,under user configuration
settings,you can find "Remove my network Places:"

Create a seperate OU.

Then create a ADbased group policy and enable this setting by choosing the
option disabled.

Then Add the users to this GPO,and link it to the OU
