Yes,
he will get the user GPOs.
(At
least for domain in the same forest)

So it will not transfer if there not in the same forrest?

just created a Trust between them..So it will not transfer if there

In a Win2K environment, cross-forest user policy processing
is enabled by default. In Win2K3, not. Check out the following policy, which
must be enabled on clients to make this work:

Computer Configuration\Admin Templates\System\Group
Policy\Allow Cross-Forest user policy and roaming user
profiles
