After some great advice here and some pulling of teeth I have now an shiny Exchange Hybridy with ADFS and Proxy setup. All appears to be working ok. However now using the Synchronisation Services Manager I am getting an MA-Exception Error which is occurring when an object created in AD AZURE which is already synched to Onsite AD is trying to synch back.Even though I have deselected the OU and even deleted the object from the onsite AD it still persists and is blocking the rest of the synch.
Anybody seen anything similar and any suggestions of how to clear out the synchronisation database in order to remove this error ?

All sorted lads. Was the pilot group causing issues. Once I nuked it and selected all users the whole thing kicked into life.not gonna bother selecting the AD AZURE user write back piece until later in the migration.
