Anybody an idea why these certificates are rendered on an ADFS 2016 machine?     The latter is presumably for workplace join?   Regards,

Ok thanks Joe, SCOM is having fun throwing alerts for these kind of certificates, as they are not always cleaned up after expiration.

The second one is related to device registration/workplace join although that will appear on any machine that is registered (any flavor of Win10 and also Win8.1 and 7 if the proper packages are deployed and GPOs configured or the machine is manually joined on 8.1 through add work or school account). This isn't really related to ADFS 2016 though as these certs are issued by Azure AD unless you are using on-prem device registration. Hopefully you are not.
I'm still not sure what the "P2P access" cert is for or who issues it.
