Functional Level for Exchange

Is lower functional level (Forest & Domain for 2003) will support to install

Exchange Server 2003 in Windows Server 2008, x86(32Bit) Standard Edition ?

Hello,
My reply is valid, you can lower the forest and domain level and install.
Exchange 2003 supports Windows 2008 directory servers but requires 2003 domain/forest level.

My Exchange 2003 will be not in same Box it will install in

different box where Windows Server 2003 Standard/Enterprise.

Might want to try http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/3446.how-to-revert-back-or-downgrade-windows-server-2008-r2-forest-and-domain-functional-level.aspx
As far as Operating System requirements, according to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/948680 and https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/exchange/2007/08/16/exchange-server-and-windows-server-2008/, you cannot install it on 2008 server. At least not in a supported way. You can give it a shot on a 32 bits version, you never know...
