Kerberos authentication Good afternoon everybody I have a problem that is hard to explain, but I will try. We have websense proxy authentication to access internet in our company Users are granted access to the internet thought some policies in our firewall When users authenticate in their computer and access internet, proxy uses their Kerberos ticket to allow internet access The problem is this We have a service account that runs an agent inventory problem in all computers. In many cases, when we look at websense logs, the user that was granted internet access was the service account user, and not the user who logged in the computer. The question is: how does that application choose to allow internet access if both users, the service account and the user account, have valid Kerberos tickets? Is there any order? How does Kerberos authentication work in that cases? When more than one users have tickets? Tks
