Yes, Before enabling scavenging on a Server lever, you should make sure that scavenging is enabled on Zone level. This enables replication of DNS record timestamps. More info on this: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/networking/2008/03/19/dont-be-afraid-of-dns-scavenging-just-be-patient/

Is there any relation between  AD Replication with DNS aging / scavenging properties ? Regardscid:image002.gif@01D14ECD.C6D1DE80

What exactly you need? There are so many switches are available ; just type - & press tab.
PS C:\Users\Administrator> Get-DnsServerZone

Then you’ll need to use a filter like so (for example): Get-DnsServerZone | where{$_.ZoneType -eq "Primary"}

  But I have not found any switch to view Zone Type. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/dnsserver/get-dnsserverzone?view=win10-ps Regardscid:image002.gif@01D14ECD.C6D1DE80
