SCOM alerting on DHCP Scope Activation whenever I create a DHCP reservation

Hey Folks,
I'm very new to SCOM, and am leveraging the default alerts for the Windows Server DHCP 2012 R2 Management Pack.
Every time I create a DHCP reservation I get an alert/e-mail from SCOM saying that the entire IPv4 scope has been activated by my account.
I wish to learn how to get more detailed and accurate alerting for DHCP events. Anyone got any docs, blogs, technet articles or words of wisdom I can leverage?
My original intent is to just send out an e-mail alert whenever a new IPv4 Scope is created/deleted, and when a DHCP reservation has been created/deleted or modified.
Thanks in advanced.
PS.. Love this mailing list even though I don't post often.

For specific queries the SCOM forums on TechNet would help.
