Good morning.
I need to configure Windows remote
assistance to
access all client computers without user request.
I have created a GPO to configure msra
/offerra, but didn’t enable it because I don’t know if it’s necessary
a license to do that.
Can anyone help me?
Is the tool free to use if all our computers
and servers are fully licensed? Is there a link about that to help?
Thank you

We’ve never seen anything as far as extra licensing goes and we’ve been deploying the Group Policy settings for so long I’m not sure
when it started.
As long as the GPOs are set up correctly you’re golden.
